Requirements
- Sustained, multi-year experience leading an engineering enablement or developer-experience team.
- Fluency in CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven track record of defining and tracking developer-productivity and ROI metrics.
- Experience leading an organization through major workflow changes or AI rollouts.
- Real depth with AI tooling and ability to distinguish effective vs. ineffective AI usage.
- Familiarity with observability and OpenTelemetry.
- Experience running internal platforms or developer tooling as a product.
- Ability to articulate a clear philosophy on AI in engineering.
Responsibilities
- Own the developer feedback loops including CI/CD, testing, dependency management, and tooling.
- Lead AI-partnered development to shape AI-assisted engineering and integrate observability.
- Define and track developer-productivity and ROI metrics to demonstrate team impact.
- Lead organizational change to help teams adopt new workflows and AI rollouts.
- Grow the team through 1:1s, career development, and providing feedback.
