Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security architecture, or enterprise security leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading and developing large, cross-functional or global technical teams.
- Strong background in security architecture, threat modeling, risk management, and secure system design.
- Experience with cloud security architectures and securing distributed enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience defining and tracking security metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex security concepts.
- Experience securing sensitive data and ensuring compliance with regulatory and privacy standards.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, build, and scale a high-performing team of security architects and subject matter experts supporting enterprise security initiatives.
- Define and execute enterprise security architecture strategy across cloud, data center, endpoint, and application environments.
- Develop and operationalize risk-based security frameworks, including key risk indicators (KRIs) and governance models.
- Partner with engineering, development, and business teams to embed secure development practices across CI/CD pipelines and Agile workflows.
- Oversee cybersecurity risk management processes, including threat modeling, security design reviews, and vulnerability assessment programs.
- Evaluate emerging threats, security trends, and vulnerabilities to continuously evolve enterprise security strategy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and data protection requirements across systems and initiatives.
- Serve as a security subject matter expert providing guidance to technical teams and leadership on architecture decisions.
