Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with senior or lead-level ownership in B2B SaaS cybersecurity or email security.
- Hands-on experience with phishing, email security, threat remediation, or account takeover.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AI-powered prototyping (e.g., Claude or similar).
- Proven track record of conducting direct customer discovery.
- Technical fluency to reason about detection logic, data models, and API integrations.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to challenge stakeholders with evidence-based reasoning.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup.
- Experience with email security gateways or anti-phishing products is strongly preferred.
- Experience shipping products with embedded AI features is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of integrations with mail platforms like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own product direction from problem statement through design, execution, and launch.
- Run customer discovery with district IT and security staff to inform the roadmap.
- Build interactive prototypes using AI tools to accelerate design and engineering hand-off.
- Drive expansion of detection and response capabilities, including threat workflows and email security gateway functionality.
- Prioritize initiatives based on evidence and manage stakeholder expectations, including sales and leadership.
- Author problem statements and PRDs for the product development lifecycle.
- Partner with engineering to assess feasibility, data models, and detection logic.
- Support enterprise deal processes, including security and compliance questionnaires.
