Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and/or strategic business development roles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience.
  • Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and card issuing.
  • Strong familiarity with the fintech ecosystem and B2B technology applications.
  • Financial acumen to evaluate and model complex customer contract proposals.
  • Ability to communicate with C-suite executives and senior leadership.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work against aggressive schedules.
  • Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with executives looking to innovate in B2B and consumer payments.
  • Originate new opportunities, qualify leads, and manage the sales process end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Delivery teams to define and launch customer solutions.
  • Shepherd deals from opening through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Manage Salesforce records, reporting, and financial modeling for enterprise deals.
  • Communicate technical and product benefits to both sophisticated and unsophisticated buyers.
