Requirements
- Deep familiarity with the U.S. health insurance ecosystem.
- Experience in physical therapy billing preferred.
- Proficiency in WebPT and Therabill software.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Eagerness to innovate and introduce superior systems.
Responsibilities
- Review, update, and systematize patient and insurance company payment logs.
- Prioritize timely and accurate insurance claims submission to optimize revenue.
- Collaborate with the team to augment the capabilities of WebPT Therabill and other software tools.
- Create and sustain robust systems to oversee payments and ensure no claim remains unsettled.
- Manage secondary insurance claims, patient billing, visit tracking, and timely service billing.
- Refine and automate routine tasks managed via Google Sheets.
