Requirements
- 5+ years of mortgage industry experience
- Experience as a Wholesale/Non-Delegated Correspondent Account Executive
- Existing broker/correspondent relationships
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office products
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage detailed assignments
- Ability to organize, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Solicit business from mortgage brokers and non-delegated correspondents in assigned territory
- Establish new business and develop current client relationships
- Manage the loan pipeline and facilitate loan processing from submission to funding in collaboration with operations staff
- Train clients on company products, policies, and procedures to ensure loan file compliance
- Maintain sales contact, pipeline, and activity reports
- Execute territory plan and report sales call activities to management
- Attend local and state trade association meetings
- Monitor market indices and underwriting guideline changes
