Requirements
- Associate or Bachelors’ degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in leading and managing Key Account relationships with a proven track record of generating significant revenue.
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in CPG, spirits/wine/beer and/or cannabis highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated excellence, competitive drive, and strong customer relation skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle Report requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Experience working with well-recognized, premium brand companies.
- Passion for the cannabis industry.
- Experience using distribution ERP is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets by managing existing accounts and prospecting for new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts, including owners, buyers, and managers.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing Managers to design and implement sales-driving activities like promotions, displays, and brand training.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and performance measurements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand brand distribution within existing accounts.
- Execute all retailer interactions and field activities within the Salesforce platform.
