Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelors’ degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading and managing Key Account relationships with a proven track record of generating significant revenue.
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in CPG, spirits/wine/beer and/or cannabis highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated excellence, competitive drive, and strong customer relation skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle Report requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
  • Experience working with well-recognized, premium brand companies.
  • Passion for the cannabis industry.
  • Experience using distribution ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets by managing existing accounts and prospecting for new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts, including owners, buyers, and managers.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing Managers to design and implement sales-driving activities like promotions, displays, and brand training.
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and performance measurements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand brand distribution within existing accounts.
  • Execute all retailer interactions and field activities within the Salesforce platform.
