Requirements
- 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated closing experience.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle end-to-end, from initial outreach through execution.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Technical aptitude to master internal tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong ethical judgment and commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Willingness to become NMLS licensed; active NMLS licensing is a plus.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads to provide compliant information while connecting with empathy to understand each homeowner's circumstances.
- Serve as a single point of contact throughout the investment process, providing status updates, responding to questions, and requesting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams including processors and underwriters to ensure efficient processes.
- Manage pipeline using Salesforce and proprietary software, keeping applications up to date and communicating next steps.
- Become an expert in Hometap's home equity investment product through training and coaching.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay current on the competitive landscape and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to improve the customer experience.
