Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Oil and Gas mapping or compliance.
- Associate's Degree.
- Proficiency in Geographical Information Systems (GIS).
- Strong background in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Degree in Geography or related field (preferred).
- General understanding of pipeline safety regulations 49 CFR parts 192 and 195 (preferred).
- Basic understanding of In-line Inspection data (preferred).
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, or similar GIS platforms (preferred).
- Experience with pipeline database systems or document management systems (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Perform annual pipeline safety agency reporting for federal and state requirements.
- Process pipeline class location data and conduct HCA studies.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors providing mapping data.
- Provide support for pipeline safety audits.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Integrity Management, Compliance, and GIS teams to ensure accurate asset information.
- Assist with data validation and quality control for regulatory reporting.
