Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales development, business development, or a related role.
- Strong written communication skills for creating compelling sales and marketing messages.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating campaign and pipeline performance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Willingness to travel to industry conferences approximately 3-4 times per year.
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Experience working with AI tools and automation platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage company LinkedIn presence including content, engagement, and performance reporting.
- Support demand generation campaigns via email, social, webinars, and content.
- Coordinate logistics and asset creation for industry events and sponsorships.
- Author blog posts and marketing content aligned with team objectives.
- Own and optimize the AI-powered BDR program to drive qualified meetings.
- Conduct account research and strategic outreach for pipeline generation.
- Support the RFP process through coordination and content gathering.
