Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain CRM operations using HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, workflow accuracy, and reliable automation.
  • Manage day-to-day CRM configuration, including workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and campaign attribution.
  • Clean, structure, and maintain high-quality data across databases and integrations to support accurate reporting.
  • Build and deliver dashboards and performance reports to track campaign effectiveness and pipeline health.
  • Support marketing campaigns including paid media, product launches, webinars, and events.
  • Assist sales teams with enablement materials, presentations, and pipeline insights derived from CRM data.
  • Experiment with new marketing tools and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support content creation, demand generation, and go-to-market execution.
