- Interest in AI tools and willingness to integrate them into workflows.
- Experience in B2B or healthcare environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain CRM operations using HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, workflow accuracy, and reliable automation.
- Manage day-to-day CRM configuration, including workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and campaign attribution.
- Clean, structure, and maintain high-quality data across databases and integrations to support accurate reporting.
- Build and deliver dashboards and performance reports to track campaign effectiveness and pipeline health.
- Support marketing campaigns including paid media, product launches, webinars, and events.
- Assist sales teams with enablement materials, presentations, and pipeline insights derived from CRM data.
- Experiment with new marketing tools and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support content creation, demand generation, and go-to-market execution.
