Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in quantitative market research, data analysis, or consumer insights roles.
- Experience with qualitative research is a plus, particularly in supporting mixed-method studies.
- Exposure to client-facing work is beneficial.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, visualization, and presentation development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding consumer behavior and cultural trends.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end execution of custom market research projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are consistently met.
- Assist in building, proofreading, and validating quantitative surveys, as well as supporting data cleaning, charting, and quality control processes.
- Help manage research operations including fielding, recruitment updates, vendor coordination, and data processing activities.
- Contribute to the development of client deliverables by creating presentation slides, visualizing data, and synthesizing insights into clear narratives.
- Document internal and client meetings, ensuring key actions, feedback, and insights are properly captured and shared with the broader team.
- Identify and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across research workflows.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless project coordination and communication across multiple concurrent studies.
