Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in market research analytics or domain knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a similar field.
- Familiarity with higher education industry terms and data sources.
- Intermediate proficiency with DAX, PowerQuery, and Microsoft Fabric/PowerBI.
- Experience using Python notebooks.
- Experience using SQL to query data and manage ETL processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, including lookups and mathematical formulas.
- Experience developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Outlook, and project management software.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data validation skills.
- Ability to responsibly leverage Artificial Intelligence for workflows and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Review industry literature and curate publications, competitive intelligence, and internal research reports.
- Create landscape summaries on higher education topics and update them with new data.
- Use third-party platforms to extract and summarize market data on programs and populations.
- Build, maintain, and update data models of external data sources using tools such as Microsoft Fabric/PowerBI.
- Create and maintain data Python data ingestion notebooks in BigQuery and Microsoft Fabric.
- Monitor and summarize internal performance trends across products, segments, and demographics.
- Present analysis findings to diverse audiences in a variety of formats.
- Utilize project management software to track multiple priorities.
