Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in market research analytics or domain knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with higher education industry terms and data sources.
  • Intermediate proficiency with DAX, PowerQuery, and Microsoft Fabric/PowerBI.
  • Experience using Python notebooks.
  • Experience using SQL to query data and manage ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including lookups and mathematical formulas.
  • Experience developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Outlook, and project management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data validation skills.
  • Ability to responsibly leverage Artificial Intelligence for workflows and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Review industry literature and curate publications, competitive intelligence, and internal research reports.
  • Create landscape summaries on higher education topics and update them with new data.
  • Use third-party platforms to extract and summarize market data on programs and populations.
  • Build, maintain, and update data models of external data sources using tools such as Microsoft Fabric/PowerBI.
  • Create and maintain data Python data ingestion notebooks in BigQuery and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Monitor and summarize internal performance trends across products, segments, and demographics.
  • Present analysis findings to diverse audiences in a variety of formats.
  • Utilize project management software to track multiple priorities.
