Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operations reporting.
  • Preferred experience in ecommerce, retail, or logistics sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and building reports in BI tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
  • Experience working with 3PL data feeds, WMS systems, or logistics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce fulfillment operations including inbound, outbound, returns, and carrier performance.
  • Ability to tell a digestible story from complex analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on proactive problem solving and finding root causes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
  • Familiarity with Looker/LookML and CX platforms like Gorgias or Zendesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards across CX, domestic/international operations, and logistics.
  • Analyze fulfillment performance data from 3PLs and carriers to identify cost, efficiency, and quality trends.
  • Monitor inbound supply chain metrics and support the development of cost-to-serve models.
  • Own the quality, accuracy, and consistency of operational data across all reporting systems.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to evolve data architecture and support business scaling.
  • Create and maintain CX performance dashboards covering ticket volume, SLA, and productivity.
  • Develop LTV and retention reporting connecting CX quality to repeat purchase rates.
  • Build predictive models to forecast ticket volumes, return rates, and backlog risks.
