Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a data-heavy marketing, customer or product analytics role.
  • Expertise in writing complex and efficient SQL queries for large-scale data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Extensive experience with BI platforms and building/maintaining dashboards.
  • Proficiency with Looker and LookML is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts like significance testing, cohort analysis, and correlation vs. causation.
  • High attention to detail, data integrity, and accuracy.
  • Ability to translate technical findings into simple narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end analysis of the customer journey, including acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
  • Manage customer analysis and segmentation from data across multiple internal and external selling platforms.
  • Develop sophisticated customer segments based on behavioral data to fuel targeted merchandising, marketing and CX strategies.
  • Maintain and expand BI platforms and dashboards to ensure an accurate single source of truth.
  • Design and automate dashboards that track marketing KPIs, attribution, and experiment results.
  • Partner with Marketing, ECommerce, Product and Data Engineering teams to deliver actionable analysis.
