Requirements
- 4 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data operations, or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements as they apply to data handling.
- Experience working with Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Strong SQL proficiency in Snowflake.
- Experience building validation logic and reconciling data across systems.
- Familiarity with member or customer data concepts, including suppression lists, opt-out management, and eligibility logic.
- Experience working within a shared data infrastructure, such as contributing to or consuming dbt models.
- Healthcare or PBM industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Security-first mindset regarding member records.
Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and validate member data from multiple internal systems using Snowflake to produce clean, audit-ready lists.
- Build and maintain automated data validation workflows to catch quality issues before deployment.
- Manage suppression and exclusion logic, including regulatory opt-outs and eligibility rules, across all channels.
- Partner with the Marketing Operations Manager on list specifications, field mapping, and pre-send data checks.
- Maintain clear documentation of data sources, transformation logic, and business rules to support regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the centralized Data team to align on model changes and represent communication data needs.
- Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues in partnership with the Team Lead.
- Support ad-hoc data requests for compliance reporting, campaign sizing, and performance analysis.
