Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or business operations.
- Advanced and referenceable proficiency in HubSpot in an operational or analytical role.
- Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools and willingness to apply them in daily work.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ad platforms, GA4, SQL, and Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience with healthcare databases like Definitive Healthcare or ZoomInfo is a plus.
- Ability to travel for quarterly meetings in Boston and national trade shows (approx. 4-5 weeks annually).
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day configuration, workflows, and campaign attribution in HubSpot CRM.
- Maintain CRM data quality, lead routing, and database integrations.
- Design and deliver performance reports to track marketing and sales activity.
- Support the launch and optimization of paid ad campaigns using CRM data.
- Assist with tradeshow logistics and sales presentations.
- Research target buyers to support the sales pipeline.
- Implement and experiment with new marketing tools and AI-assisted outreach workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute webinars and product launches.
- Create marketing content including product guides, social media, and sales enablement.
