Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or business operations.
  • Advanced and referenceable proficiency in HubSpot in an operational or analytical role.
  • Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools and willingness to apply them in daily work.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ad platforms, GA4, SQL, and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare databases like Definitive Healthcare or ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Ability to travel for quarterly meetings in Boston and national trade shows (approx. 4-5 weeks annually).

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day configuration, workflows, and campaign attribution in HubSpot CRM.
  • Maintain CRM data quality, lead routing, and database integrations.
  • Design and deliver performance reports to track marketing and sales activity.
  • Support the launch and optimization of paid ad campaigns using CRM data.
  • Assist with tradeshow logistics and sales presentations.
  • Research target buyers to support the sales pipeline.
  • Implement and experiment with new marketing tools and AI-assisted outreach workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute webinars and product launches.
  • Create marketing content including product guides, social media, and sales enablement.
