Requirements

  • Proven experience building or transforming high-volume, automated operations.
  • Strong background in digital banking, lending, debt recovery, or consumer operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to decompose operations into workflows, queues, and subprocesses.
  • Expertise in real-world automation, process controls, and quality assurance.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills for performance management.
  • Experience operating within a regulated environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate at a senior Management Board level while maintaining hands-on process detail.
  • Experience managing teams in a matrix structure.
  • Proficiency in identifying and solving for operational leakage and process defects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-origination customer operations including servicing, loan management, and collections.
  • Design and implement scalable, automated workflows for customer journeys and exception handling.
  • Manage operational risk, audit remediation, and first-line AML processes.
  • Build process health dashboards and performance metrics to drive execution quality.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance.
  • Define operating cadence, including performance and incident reviews.
  • Oversee recovery operations and legal recovery pathways across jurisdictions.
