Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

Own and execute the affiliate marketing channel strategy, operating plan, forecast and performance.
Source, qualify and close direct partnerships with affiliates (content creators, comparison sites, communities and relevant affiliate networks).
Create clear segmentation, outreach, onboarding and activation routines that move partners from prospect to live.
Design and negotiate CPA, CPL, fixed-fee and hybrid deals.
Define and improve the funnel from click and sign-up through funded investor and 30/60/90-day retained value.
Operate and improve Target Circle/Circlewise.
Build partner- and cohort-level reporting covering acquisition cost, revenue value, retention, and net revenue.
