Head of Collections and Recovery Operations

Design and standardise operational workflows for early, mid, and late-stage collections and recovery.
Lead and develop Collections & Recovery Managers in a matrix structure.
Define and oversee external recovery strategies, including legal processes and third-party debt collection agencies.
Own performance frameworks, including recovery rates, cure rates, roll rates, cost-to-collect, and time-to-collect.
