- Maintain a well-groomed product roadmap and delivery backlog, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization and ongoing operations maintenance.
- Create business models and manage new credit product budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Conduct comprehensive market monitoring and research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy and development.
- Ensure all new products adhere to relevant financial regulations and compliance standards, mitigating legal and operational risks.
- Champion a user-centric approach in product design to deliver intuitive and engaging experiences that meet customer expectations.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for new products and continuously monitor their performance, implementing improvements as necessary to achieve business goals.
- Drive a high-performing new products team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, fostering cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, UI/UX, marketing, compliance, legal, and risk teams.
