  • Full professional fluency in both English and Mandarin.
  • Deep portfolio demonstrating creative direction, brand strategy, copywriting frameworks, or end-to-end visual campaign management.
  • Prior experience ideally within high-growth tech, fintech, or agency spaces.
  • Excellent communication and translation skills to interface with technical product teams.
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, decentralized finance (DeFi), self-custody wallets, and Web3 culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overarching creative strategy and brand building for Trust Wallet.
  • Develop original, scalable content concepts and campaigns.
  • Transform complex wallet architecture and security features into clear, educational narratives.
  • Establish and enforce consistent brand guidelines including tone of voice, visual direction, and core messaging.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to ensure cohesive branding across videos, partnerships, and events.
