- Experience managing creative production pipelines and balancing multiple priorities effectively.
- Hands-on expertise in creative testing methodologies and performance optimization.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation skills.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving product and marketing KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to teamwork.
- Experience with video chat, live-streaming, or social networking products is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall creative marketing strategy to maximize paid traffic performance across multiple digital products.
- Lead the creation of high-performing advertising concepts and oversee the full production lifecycle from ideation to final creative assets.
- Manage, mentor, and grow the Creative Marketing team, fostering collaboration, motivation, and professional development.
- Coordinate workflows and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
- Partner closely with User Acquisition Managers to align creative initiatives with campaign objectives and performance goals.
- Build and optimize creative production processes, introducing scalable workflows and best practices.
- Design and refine testing methodologies to continuously improve creative effectiveness and campaign performance.
- Monitor creative performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize both campaigns and team productivity.
