  • Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving product and marketing KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to teamwork.
  • Experience with video chat, live-streaming, or social networking products is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall creative marketing strategy to maximize paid traffic performance across multiple digital products.
  • Lead the creation of high-performing advertising concepts and oversee the full production lifecycle from ideation to final creative assets.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the Creative Marketing team, fostering collaboration, motivation, and professional development.
  • Coordinate workflows and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  • Partner closely with User Acquisition Managers to align creative initiatives with campaign objectives and performance goals.
  • Build and optimize creative production processes, introducing scalable workflows and best practices.
  • Design and refine testing methodologies to continuously improve creative effectiveness and campaign performance.
  • Monitor creative performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize both campaigns and team productivity.
