Requirements
- 3–5+ years in performance marketing.
- At least 2 years owning or co-owning an affiliate program.
- Experience in adult, dating or closely related verticals.
- Hands-on experience with at least one additional performance channel (e.g. Meta, Google, native, programmatic).
- Strong background in funnel analytics, A/B testing and conversion-rate optimisation.
- Practical experience with tracking and analytics tooling (affiliate platforms, tracking solutions, web analytics, BI dashboards).
- Proven track record of working with compliance, legal and product in regulated or policy-sensitive environments.
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with performance dashboards and spreadsheets.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Ability to brief creatives and present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, execution and optimisation for the affiliate channel as the primary growth lever.
- Recruit, onboard and manage affiliates and networks.
- Negotiate and manage commercial deals (CPA, CPL, CPS, rev share, hybrid).
- Monitor daily performance metrics (clicks, leads, FTDs, trials, subs, ARPU, churn, ROI).
- Manage or support other performance channels such as PPC, paid social, native, programmatic and media buying.
- Brief, test and iterate creatives and pre-landers.
- Own A/B and multivariate testing roadmaps for key journeys in collaboration with product, CRM and design.
- Work closely with CRM/retention teams on lifecycle campaigns to maximise LTV.
- Oversee tracking, attribution and reporting across affiliates and paid channels.
- Ensure all marketing activity complies with internal guidelines and industry regulations.
