Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
- At least 3 years managing programs of $5M+ in annual spend.
- Deep expertise across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including Smart Bidding and Performance Max.
- Experience with SA360 or equivalent search management tools.
- Demonstrated track record of scaling paid search programs.
- Experience working with complex, long-cycle, or offline conversion data.
- Experience in categories requiring consumer education or mid-consideration engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pressure-test assumptions and build measurement frameworks.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day strategy and execution across paid search programs on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Manage a $10–30M annual search budget with accountability for CPL and conversion performance.
- Build and maintain keyword architecture, match type strategy, and negative keyword management.
- Write and test ad copy in collaboration with creative teams.
- Develop measurement frameworks for long, offline-influenced conversion cycles.
- Partner with Analytics teams to integrate downfunnel performance signals into bidding strategies.
- Manage agency partners and platform relationships with Google, Microsoft, and SEM vendors.
