Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing with exposure to events, field marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven track record driving physician, professional, or B2B audience attendance and pipeline through events.
- Strong writing skills to develop clear, compelling messaging for a professional audience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships end-to-end.
- Comfortable owning outcomes independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.
- Strong collaborator who works fluidly across sales, marketing, and external partners.
- Willing and able to travel approximately 25–30% of the time.
- Passion for improving how women experience healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and follow up on national conferences, medical association events, field activations, and hosted experiences.
- Identify and execute local market-specific events like dinner roundtables and networking activations to generate physician leads.
- Develop audience and promotion strategies, including invitations, emails, landing pages, and follow-up sequences.
- Partner with sales to capture leads and ensure seamless handoff and conversion.
- Establish and track performance metrics for events to optimize future programs.
- Manage end-to-end logistics, including vendor contracts, shipping, staffing, and on-site execution.
