Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within brand marketing, PR, or communications (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of PR, analyst relations, awards programs, and brand storytelling practices.
  • Proven experience managing external agencies and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills in complex, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong communication, writing, and editing skills for supporting press releases, awards submissions, and marketing content.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships across teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and operational detail.
  • Experience in Agile or consulting environments is a plus.
  • AI tool familiarity (e.g., ChatGPT or similar tools) is considered an asset for improving workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of brand marketing initiatives, including PR campaigns, analyst relations, awards submissions, and thought leadership programs.
  • Manage project timelines, scopes, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring on-time, high-quality execution across all brand and communications activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, digital, product marketing) and external agencies to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, including marketing leadership, PR agencies, journalists, and analyst firms.
  • Maintain and optimize global communications calendars and ensure alignment across regions and functions.
  • Track performance of brand initiatives, analyze outcomes, and provide recommendations to improve future campaigns and processes.
  • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and continuously improve workflows for greater efficiency and impact.
