Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, product GTM, or growth marketing, ideally within tech or fintech environments
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-channel campaigns across TV, OOH, social, digital, and performance marketing
  • Strong ability to design consumer journeys rooted in customer insight and behavioral understanding
  • Excellent brief-writing skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear, inspiring creative direction
  • Strong channel fluency across paid, owned, and earned media, with hands-on campaign planning experience
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing senior leadership
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Design and own end-to-end consumer journeys for priority campaigns, mapping messaging, channels, and experiences from first exposure through conversion
  • Lead integrated campaign development and execution across paid, owned, and earned media, ensuring alignment from briefing through launch and post-campaign analysis
  • Translate product positioning, customer insight, and business priorities into clear, compelling creative briefs that guide internal and external creative teams
  • Own media strategy, including channel mix, targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
  • Partner closely with Data Science and Analytics teams to define measurement frameworks and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Brand, Growth, and Channel teams to ensure cohesive execution and maximum market impact
  • Manage agency relationships and external partners, ensuring delivery against timelines, scope, and performance expectations
