Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in growth, consulting, product strategy, marketing, or a similar operator role.
- Hands-on experience owning or contributing to multiple acquisition channels such as paid social, SEM, directories, lifecycle communications, referrals, partnerships, SEO, and content.
- Strong analytical ability, including funnel analysis, experimentation design, and data storytelling.
- Proficiency with tools like PostHog and basic SQL.
- Proven track record of moving quickly in ambiguous environments and prioritizing effectively.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a high bar for quality.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup.
- Bonus: Experience in digital health, consumer growth, consulting (MBB), or regulated environments (HIPAA, healthcare advertising).
Responsibilities
- Design and execute Legion Health’s growth roadmap by prioritizing experiments with high impact across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Own multi-channel growth execution, including performance marketing, social media, healthcare directories, lifecycle messaging, referrals, partnerships, SEO, and content.
- Run rigorous analytics and experimentation using tools like PostHog and SQL to analyze funnels, define metrics, and run A/B tests.
- Improve conversion and patient experience by optimizing landing pages, onboarding flows, scheduling, and lifecycle touchpoints.
- Synthesize data, user interviews, and qualitative feedback into clear, prioritized growth decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and clinical operations to ensure compliance and quality.
- Build scalable playbooks for growth channels that can be repeated and expanded.
