- Respond to patient leads and booked appointments across phone, messaging, and internal systems.
- Communicate clearly and warmly to welcome patients and explain appointment expectations.
- Manage patient intake workflows, including scheduling, paperwork follow-up, and onboarding tasks.
- Monitor and resolve patient blockers such as missing documentation, insurance issues, or pharmacy questions.
- Support ADHD-related patient preparation and logistics documentation.
- Document patient interactions accurately to provide context for clinical teams.
- Escalate patient concerns, prescription needs, and clinical questions to appropriate staff.
- Identify and report recurring patient issues to improve operational workflows.
