  • Must hold either the Gifted Employment Standard or the Gifted Endorsement per the State of Tennessee.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality and compliance reviews of current Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Provide guidance on IEP development specifically for intellectually gifted students.
  • Interpret assessment data and explain educational implications for gifted learners.
  • Deliver services to students in-person and/or virtually.
  • Participate in IEP meetings as part of the student support team.
  • Review service delivery and provide actionable feedback to teachers.
  • Perform screenings, evaluations, and case management.
  • Design treatment plans and collect data to track student progress.
