Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting / talent acquisition experience.
- Proven success in the medical or healthcare field.
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and healthcare databases.
- Direct experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches in a high-growth environment.
- Growth mindset with the ability to navigate rapid pivots.
- Comfortable working and communicating asynchronously in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small talent acquisition team, refining shared processes and best practices.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles including Nurses, Clinical Data Abstractors, and corporate/technical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, develop recruiting strategies, and act as a trusted talent advisor.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for passive healthcare talent via networking, databases, and forums.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct recruiter screens and interviews with timely, thoughtful communication.
- Champion an empathetic, high-touch candidate experience.
- Track recruiting metrics and analytics to share insights with stakeholders.
- Maintain the ATS and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
