Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing professional teams.
- Track record of developing and promoting mid-level individual contributors.
- Proven ability to create and maintain scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Active use of AI and automation tools (e.g., LLMs, workflow automation) to streamline workflows.
- Ability to manage complex negotiations while maintaining strategic oversight.
- Experience using data tools to identify supply-side gaps and forecast needs.
- Strong communication skills for representing the division in cross-functional leadership meetings.
- Demonstrated success in navigating friction between supply acquisition and operational fulfillment.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving marketplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a specialized pod of 5–6 direct reports, including Business Development Managers and CarePartner Specialists.
- Ensure professional fleets are successfully integrated and optimized for daily ride volume.
- Own supply-side performance for WAV and Livery categories to meet district demand.
- Manage and coach individual contributors, overseeing career growth, performance, and daily tactical guidance.
- Enforce documentation standards to standardize market launches and CarePartner relationships.
- Directly manage a select group of high-complexity strategic partnerships.
- Serve as the primary operational lead for complex CarePartner negotiations or significant service-level gaps.
- Partner with Revenue and Sales Ops to align supply acquisition with district demand and operational capacity.
