Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Experience working with students who have education needs.
Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
Strong virtual instruction skills, specifically comfort with video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, individualized virtual physical education tailored to each student's physical abilities, motor development goals, and unique learning profile.
Create structured, modified fitness plans that align with student IEP goals, targeting areas such as gross motor skills, coordination, strength, balance, and spatial awareness.
Adapt instruction in real time based on student engagement, physical capabilities, and home environment constraints.
Track student progress and communicate effectively with families, IEP teams, and school district partners.
Ensure regulatory compliance and transparent reporting on motor skill development.
