- Conduct quality and compliance reviews of current Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide guidance on IEP development specifically for intellectually gifted students.
- Interpret assessment data and explain educational implications for gifted learners.
- Deliver services to students in-person and/or virtually.
- Participate in IEP meetings as part of the student support team.
- Review service delivery and provide actionable feedback to teachers.
- Perform screenings, evaluations, and case management.
- Design treatment plans and collect data to track student progress.
