- Board certification as an MD or DO.
- Current unrestricted state license to practice medicine.
- 5+ years of clinical practice beyond residency/fellowship.
- 5+ years of experience in managed care or clinical strategy at a health plan, healthtech, or expert consulting firm.
- Experience serving as a lead thinker or consulting partner designing innovative clinical programs.
- Proven success in building credibility and influence with key clients.
- Strong communication and team management skills with executive presence.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision and evolution of the company’s clinical and digital care management offerings as a clinical subject matter expert.
- Utilize market data, research, and patient analytics to spearhead new approaches to clinical delivery services.
- Provide physician leadership in the creation of comprehensive research packages and cultivate external partnerships.
- Provide subject matter expertise and leadership in Specialty Rx program design and client-facing discussions.
- Support the Growth team by traveling to meet with prospective clients and sales prospects.
- Build and expand client relationships to uncover pain points and support upsell opportunities.
- Monitor performance of launched clinical programs and support continuous improvement.
