  • Data-driven and process-oriented mindset for building scalable sales processes.
  • Deep understanding of the US small business ecosystem, accounting software, or payments landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Scale and coach the US Enterprise Partner Success & Payments team with a focus on sales-led culture and revenue accountability.
  • Establish advanced sales motions, full-funnel forecasting, and CRM best practices for large enterprise firms.
  • Design a unified commercial approach to align partner relationships with payments opportunities.
  • Drive account penetration into new offices, geographies, and net-new verticals via multi-product sales motions.
  • Collaborate with regional and global leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Payments.
