- Proven leadership experience guiding strategic account, partner, or revenue teams.
- Background in Enterprise SaaS, payments, or B2B environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets and forecasting.
- Ability to lead from the front, engaging in sales calls, deal support, and executive partner meetings.
- Experience navigating cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders.
- Data-driven and process-oriented mindset for building scalable sales processes.
- Deep understanding of the US small business ecosystem, accounting software, or payments landscape.
Responsibilities
- Scale and coach the US Enterprise Partner Success & Payments team with a focus on sales-led culture and revenue accountability.
- Establish advanced sales motions, full-funnel forecasting, and CRM best practices for large enterprise firms.
- Design a unified commercial approach to align partner relationships with payments opportunities.
- Drive account penetration into new offices, geographies, and net-new verticals via multi-product sales motions.
- Collaborate with regional and global leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Payments.
