Requirements

  • Prior experience working with or within financial institutions such as banks, credit unions, or card issuers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of financial services terminology, culture, and business drivers.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience managing complex client relationships with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, loyalty program platforms, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with emphasis on clarity, documentation, and over-communication.
  • Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage loyalty programs for financial institution clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Partner with Decision Scientists to analyze customer data and optimize loyalty offerings based on financial behaviors and program metrics.
  • Coordinate with technology and partnership teams to ensure seamless program execution, fulfillment, and SLA adherence.
  • Define and execute promotional campaigns to drive program awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics including participation rates, redemption rates, and ROI to provide actionable client reports.
  • Oversee program budgets and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and feature enhancements.
  • Maintain relationships with multiple client stakeholders, managing conflicting priorities and organizational silos.
