Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in client services, account management, relationship management, or customer loyalty roles.
- Prior experience working with or within financial institutions such as banks, credit unions, or card issuers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of financial services terminology, culture, and business drivers.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Experience managing complex client relationships with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Knowledge of CRM software, loyalty program platforms, and customer segmentation.
- Excellent communication skills with emphasis on clarity, documentation, and over-communication.
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage loyalty programs for financial institution clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Partner with Decision Scientists to analyze customer data and optimize loyalty offerings based on financial behaviors and program metrics.
- Coordinate with technology and partnership teams to ensure seamless program execution, fulfillment, and SLA adherence.
- Define and execute promotional campaigns to drive program awareness and engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics including participation rates, redemption rates, and ROI to provide actionable client reports.
- Oversee program budgets and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and feature enhancements.
- Maintain relationships with multiple client stakeholders, managing conflicting priorities and organizational silos.
