Requirements
- Advanced life sciences degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD).
- 2–3+ years of experience within a medical communications agency.
- Demonstrated expertise in medical/scientific writing and content development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with clients, key opinion leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentoring or managing medical writers (helpful).
- Exposure to regulatory review processes and advisory board development (helpful).
- Familiarity with competitive intelligence and therapeutic landscape analysis (helpful).
- Experience supporting new business development or client growth initiatives (helpful).
Responsibilities
- Partner with Scientific Directors and Strategic Account Directors to align client objectives with scientific content.
- Lead and mentor medical writers while overseeing the quality-control process.
- Engage directly with clients, authors, and key opinion leaders to shape scientific narratives.
- Contribute to content development, regulatory review, and advisory board planning.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for innovation and business growth.
