- Demonstrated expertise in medical/scientific writing and content development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with clients, key opinion leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership instincts with experience mentoring writers.
- High attention to detail and commitment to scientific accuracy.
- Ability to present scientific perspectives to clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Scientific Director and Strategic Account Directors to translate client objectives into scientific content.
- Guide medical writers and oversee the quality-control process.
- Engage directly with clients, authors, and key opinion leaders to shape scientific narratives.
- Contribute to content development, regulatory review, and advisory board planning.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and business growth.
- Ensure all deliverables are evidence-based, strategically aligned, and high-quality.
