Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling into the natural products channel.
  • Existing relationships with category buyers at chains like Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Natural Grocers.
  • Experience selling into KeHE and/or UNFI distributors.
  • Proven track record of success selling functional or better-for-you beverages.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for buyer meetings, trade shows, and key markets.
  • Familiarity with functional wellness product categories.
  • Understanding of distributor programs and DC rollouts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue key accounts for functional Non-Alcoholic Spritz and Mushroom Gummies.
  • Grow product distribution through KeHE and UNFI with new DC rollouts.
  • Recruit, negotiate, onboard, and manage natural-channel broker relationships.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from pipeline building to purchase order closure.
  • Drive account reorders, expand placements, and partner with marketing to increase velocity.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, revenue forecasting, and account-level reporting in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing on sell-in materials and operations for supply-chain readiness.
