Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as solutions architecture, implementation engineering, or marketing analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience querying cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks).
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects from kickoff to go-live.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and data pipeline concepts like ETL, reverse ETL, and event streaming.
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) for practical agent workflows or structured output generation.
- Ability to design and build prompt-based workflows using Python, APIs, or no-code tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier).
- Demonstrated skill in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, hallucination risk, and enterprise fitness.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical complexity to executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise customers, including cloud warehouse and destination integrations.
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving ongoing adoption, expansion, and measurable value realization.
- Deliver executive-facing Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews to articulate business impact and product roadmap.
- Design and build internal AI-powered automations to improve team efficiency and operational workflows.
- Proactively troubleshoot complex data, integration, and pipeline issues for customers.
- Contribute to the development of LLM-powered agents and documentation for internal playbooks.
