Requirements
- 3-5 years in a client-facing technical role such as solutions architecture, implementation engineering, or marketing analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and data pipeline concepts (ETL/reverse ETL, event streaming, data modeling).
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) for practical use cases.
- Ability to design prompt-based workflows or LLM-powered automations using APIs, Python, or no-code tools.
- Comfort evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, hallucination risk, and fitness for customer-facing use.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical complexity for engineering and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding projects, including technical discovery, implementation, and go-live.
- Manage the end-to-end technical relationship with a portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Deliver executive-facing QBRs and EBRs to articulate business impact and product roadmap.
- Build AI-powered automations and internal tools to improve team operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex data, integration, and pipeline issues with rigor.
- Enable agentic marketing workflows for audience ideation and performance analysis.
