Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- 1 to 2 years of experience working in a customer-facing environment.
- Experience working in People or administrative functions preferred.
- Energetic self-starter with a proactive approach to taking initiative.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Sincere interest in pursuing or deepening a career in a People function role.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary intake point for TMR concerns and inquiries from managers and team members.
- Conduct initial triage of incoming concerns, assessing complexity, risk, and policy implications.
- Provide general guidance on policies, processes, and next steps for basic inquiries.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the case management system.
- Provide general administrative and operational support across all TMR areas.
- Serve as a liaison between Legal and HR teams for documentation and administrative tasks.
