Requirements

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Sincere interest in pursuing or deepening a career in a People function role.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary intake point for TMR concerns and inquiries from managers and team members.
  • Conduct initial triage of incoming concerns, assessing complexity, risk, and policy implications.
  • Provide general guidance on policies, processes, and next steps for basic inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the case management system.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support across all TMR areas.
  • Serve as a liaison between Legal and HR teams for documentation and administrative tasks.
