Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years in a technical, systems, or analytics role (internship experience is also welcome).
- Strong self-sufficiency in problem-solving using available resources before escalating.
- Customer-focused mindset with high responsiveness to stakeholder requests.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
- Improvement-minded approach to identify patterns and root causes for lasting solutions.
- Excellent clear writing skills for structured documentation and technical guides.
- Collaborative spirit for working with systems administrators and senior team members.
- Natural curiosity and motivation to learn new tools independently.
Responsibilities
- Administer Workday, Ashby, Pave, Lattice, and CompLink, resolving support requests with ownership.
- Author clear, structured documentation including SOPs, solution descriptions, and process guides.
- Track support patterns and partner with senior team members to drive lasting improvements.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards, and support data loads, audits, and compensation workflows.
- Contribute to team AI initiatives, including agentic workflows and automation projects.
- Partner with HR, Recruiting, and Compensation teams to understand needs and deliver solutions.
