Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS, people analytics, or hybrid HR systems/data roles
- Hands-on experience with Workday (required)
- Hands-on experience with ADP (strongly preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Workday reporting, dashboards, and composite reports
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex datasets
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with SQL or willingness to develop data querying skills
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce data structures
- Ability to reconcile and validate data across multiple systems and sources
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to support and upskill non-technical HR stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize HR systems (including Workday and ADP), managing configurations, updates, testing, and ongoing improvements
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across HRIS, payroll, and integrated systems through regular validation and reconciliation
- Manage system integrations, data flows, and troubleshoot issues across HR technology platforms
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and workforce metrics using HR and payroll data sources
- Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of insights
- Analyze workforce trends such as attrition, hiring performance, compensation, and organizational movement
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready presentations
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to enhance data governance, reporting alignment, and system architecture
- Support process improvements and help build analytics capability across the HR function
