Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing, configuring, and deploying workflows in HRIS/ATS platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process mapping and redesigning workflows for automation.
  • Direct experience configuring platform architecture and multi-conditional workflows in HiBob or Recruitee.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or PowerBI.
  • Deep understanding of system interaction, integration logic, and APIs.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency in fast-growing or international environments.

Responsibilities

  • Map, review, and audit existing People Operations processes to identify and resolve manual bottlenecks.
  • Design and implement automation strategies for onboarding, offboarding, and data updates.
  • Act as the primary system administrator for HiBob, configuring automated workflows, triggers, and alerts.
  • Optimize API-driven integrations between HRIS, ATS (Recruitee), and Finance tools (Payhawk, Slack, Confluence, Harvest).
  • Establish automated data validation rules to ensure data integrity.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports for headcount and talent metrics.
  • Document newly automated processes to drive organizational adoption.
