Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Technical Training.
- Proven experience with BI migrations.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with modern BI tools (Sigma Computing preferred; Power BI, Tableau, or Looker also applicable).
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts (Snowflake).
- Understanding of data model architecture including joins, schemas, and modeling.
- Ability to explain complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for teaching.
- Familiarity with version control and documentation management is a plus.
- Background check required.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce comprehensive training and enablement materials, including technical documentation, video walkthroughs, and step-by-step guides.
- Develop and manage a lifecycle process to keep training materials accurate during migration and feature releases.
- Lead structured training sessions for stakeholders ranging from executives to data analysts.
- Coach internal resources on BI best practices, data modeling, relationship logic, and query structures.
- Evaluate user needs to provide recommendations on data structure and visualization to solve business problems.
- Lead regular 'Office Hours' for customer troubleshooting and live coaching.
- Conduct webinars and workshops for customers to demonstrate the modern stack and migration roadmap.
- Collect and synthesize user feedback to inform future analytics tool development.
