Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS or HR Technology.
- Proven experience with UKG system administration is required.
- Skilled in HR data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively across projects and teams.
- Experience administering Greenhouse is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer HR technology platforms including UKG, Greenhouse, and Cornerstone.
- Partner with Talent, IT, and business operations to implement system enhancements and process optimizations.
- Collaborate with IT to maintain integrations between HRIS and other business systems such as finance and ERP.
- Track technical certifications, credentials, and skills of the workforce within the platforms.
- Support talent planning cycles, including performance management, bonus and merit planning, and benefits open enrollment.
- Provide routine and customized workforce analytics for senior leadership.
- Deliver technical support, guidance, and process training for HR systems.
- Maintain data integrity, privacy, and security while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
