Requirements
- 5+ years of manufacturing management experience
- Experience managing teams of 30+ people
- Consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience
- Strong data and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (preferred)
- Lean or Six Sigma knowledge (plus)
- Cannabis, horticulture, or lab processing exposure (strongly desired)
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day and long-term performance of a cannabis production facility
- Manage processing, packaging, maintenance, quality, and logistics operations
- Maintain direct accountability for safety, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Partner with General Manager on budgeting and analytics
- Lead a multilevel team through a high-growth, evolving operation
