Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account-based management within the SaaS or related technology space.
  • Established relationships at security-focused Value-Added Resellers (VARs) within Mexico.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Impeccable Salesforce (SFDC) hygiene and data management.
  • Experience with the Atlassian suite, specifically Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage time and organize workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to create technical and operational documentation, including SOWs and technical workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of all Zimperium products and features.
  • Plan, develop, and report account metrics using software dashboards.
  • Execute a focused process for pipeline generation and stakeholder prospecting.
  • Represent the client perspective in internal strategy meetings to influence product planning.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues requiring cross-departmental coordination.
  • Create and update client-specific onboarding guides, FAQs, and documentation.
  • Identify and pursue account growth opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and Level of Effort (LOE) documents.
